You can find us at 3070 E. Main Street, Canon City CO 81212. We are South of Highway 50 across from Walmart, just West of Wells Fargo and East of Big O Tires
What size of units are available?
We offer a huge variety of sizes to fit your needs. Our exterior unit sizes include: 5 X 10, 8 X 12.5, 10 X 10, 10 X 15, 10 X 20, 10 X 25, 10 X 30, 15 X 20 xl and 15 X 20 xl with electrical outlet. Our interior temperature controlled units include 5 x 10, 10 X 10, 10 X 15 and 15 X 15.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
You can provide your own lock, or you can purchase one from us.
Is there a security deposit?
No. We do not charge a security deposit, however there is a one time $20.00 administration fee.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes. Our contract is a month to month rental agreement, so you can move out at any time with a 30 day written notice.

What are my payment options?
Payment are due on the 1st day of each month. Payments can be made with cash, credit card, debit card, money order or check. Payments can be mailed, hand delivered, or called in. As an incentive for cash payments we provide a 4% discount for cash-paying customers. All prices posted are with the cash discount. Cash, money orders and checks are considered cash payments. Payments other than cash will be 4% more.
Is there a fence around the facility?
Yes. The entire property is fenced in with a coded gate for entry.
Is the facility gated?
Yes, there is a 20' gate at the entrance to the storage area. You will be given a code to enter into the keypad upon signing the Rental Agreement.
Is there a Security System?
Yes. Sound Energy provides our facility with security cameras for 24 hour surveillance.
Are there exterior lights?
Yes. We do have exterior lighting.
Do you offer temperature controlled units?
Yes. We have the only temperaute controlled units in this area The temperature controlled untis are located in a 21,000 square foot facility.
Is there a hard surface?
Yes. The area around the storage units have been asphalted. Our customers really appreciate how much it cuts down on the dust in their storage units, and they say that it is far better than trying to move their belongings standing in mud when we are experiencing wet and snowy weather.
Is there Boat and RV storage?
Yes. We offer plenty of outdoor Boat and RV storage.
Is there enough room to turn around in the driveways?
Yes. Our driveways are 25' wide. That is 5' wider that most storage driveways, so there is plenty of room
Are you located near shopping, banking, and retail?
Yes. We are near all the places that you will might want to go on your way to and from the storage facility. We are near retail shopping, banks, auto sales, dining, tire shops, credit unions, churches and hardware stores. We are near the heart of it all!
