WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
You can find us at 3070 E. Main Street, Canon City CO 81212. We are South of Highway 50 across from Walmart, just West of Wells Fargo and East of Big O Tires
WHAT SIZE OF UNITS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer a huge variety of sizes to fit your needs. Our unit sizes include: 5 X 10, 10 X 10, 10 X 15, 10 X 20, 10 X 25, and 10 X 30.
DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN LOCK?
You can provide your own lock, or you can purchase one from us.
IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
No. We do not charge a security deposit, however there is a one time $20.00 administration fee.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
Yes. Our contract is a month to month rental agreement, so you can move out at any time with a 30 day written notice.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Mon - Fri: 9am-3pm.
7am - 8pm: Coded Gate Access
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment are due on the 1st day of each month. Payments can be made with cash, credit card, debit card, or check. Payments can be mailed or hand delivered to us at 3070 E. Main, Canon City CO 81212, or called in via phone number 719-431-9855
IS THERE A FENCE AROUND THE FACILITY?
IS THE FACILITY GATED?
Yes, there is a 20' gate at the entrance to the storage area. You will be given a code to enter into the keypad upon signing the Rental Agreement.
IS THERE A SECURITY SYSTEM?
Yes. Sound Energy provides our facility with security cameras for 24 hour surveillance.
ARE THERE EXTERIOR LIGHTS?
Yes. We do have exterior lighting.
DO YOU OFFER CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNITS?
Yes. We will have the only climate controlled units in this area after the completion of Phase 2, which is going to be a 21,000 square foot facility. Phase 2 is slotted for completion in the summer of 2019.
IS THERE A HARD SURFACE?
Initially the driveways are crushed rock but as soon as all 3 phases of building are complete, we will have Asphalt surfaces.
IS THERE BOAT AND RV STORAGE?
Yes. We offer plenty of outdoor Boat and RV storage at this location. If you are interested in indoor storage for your boats and RV's, please click on the Warehouse link, or give us a call and we can offer you perfect indoor storage with electricity.
IS THERE ENOUGH ROOM TO TURN AROUND IN THE DRIVEWAYS?
Yes. Our driveways are 25' wide. That is 5' wider that most storage driveways, so there is plenty of room
ARE YOU LOCATED NEAR SHOPPING, BANKING, AND RETAIL?
Yes. We are near all the places that you will might want to go on your way to and from the storage facility. We are near retail shopping, banks, auto sales, dining, tire shops, credit unions, churches and hardware stores. We are near the heart of it all!
DO YOU OFFER WAREHOUSE SIZE STORAGE?
