We offer a huge variety of sizes to fit your needs. Our exterior unit sizes include: 5 X 10, 8 X 12.5, 10 X 10, 10 X 15, 10 X 20, 10 X 25, and 10 X 30. Our interior temperature controlled units are 10 X 10, and 10 X 15.
You can provide your own lock, or you can purchase one from us.
No. We do not charge a security deposit, however there is a one time $20.00 administration fee.
Yes. Our contract is a month to month rental agreement, so you can move out at any time with a 30 day written notice.

24 hour: Coded Gate Access
Payment are due on the 1st day of each month. Payments can be made with cash, credit card, debit card, or check. Payments can be mailed, hand delivered, or called in. Online payments are no longer available.
Yes. The entire property is fenced in with a coded gate for entry.
Yes, there is a 20' gate at the entrance to the storage area. You will be given a code to enter into the keypad upon signing the Rental Agreement.
Yes. Sound Energy provides our facility with security cameras for 24 hour surveillance.
Yes. We do have exterior lighting.
Yes. We have the only temperaute controlled units in this area The temperature controlled untis are located in a 21,000 square foot facility.
Yes. The area around the storage units have been asphalted. Our customers really appreciate how much it cuts down on the dust in their storage units, and they say that it is far better than trying to move their belongs standing in mud when we are experiencing wet and snowy weather.
Yes. We offer plenty of outdoor Boat and RV storage.
Yes. Our driveways are 25' wide. That is 5' wider that most storage driveways, so there is plenty of room
Yes. We are near all the places that you will might want to go on your way to and from the storage facility. We are near retail shopping, banks, auto sales, dining, tire shops, credit unions, churches and hardware stores. We are near the heart of it all!
